Sawai Finance started its operation in 2019 after receiving a license from RBI for starting its financing operations. The company has been in operation since September 2019. The company was started to finance the urban business in the city of Mumbai. The company is presently lending loans of up to Rs. 5 lakhs. The loans are secured and provided in the MSME and commercial passenger vehicle sectors. The customers use the finance for improving their working capital cycle, buying new vehicles, and making other capital investments in the business. The company is helping drivers to buy new taxi vehicles and become owners of the commercial vehicle. The vehicles are purchased as second-hand vehicles and are then attached with the numerous cab aggregators. Apart from these the company also lends against light goods carrier vehicles.
